Supervise the development teams as a Scrum Master and create a pleasant working atmosphere while working efficiently at the same time
Always question existing processes and try to think outside the box
Improve the agile development process of the teams and create a framework for personal responsibility
Recognize conflicts and solve them together with those affected
Facilitate team meetings and workshops
You spread the agile spirit in the team

You find simple solutions to complex issues
At least basic knowledge in the IT environment (programming languages, database systems, architecture)
You have at least 5 years of experience in agile projects
Scrum Master certifications such as PSM1 or higher
Good to very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level)
Willingness to travel within Germany
Communicative personality
Openness, initiative, team player and solution-oriented way of working
