Full-time process/project manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

​

  • Advise our customers in the areas of project management, process management and agile methods

  • Planning, control and documentation of complex projects/programs

  • Support our customers in their IT projects in the areas of planning, requirements analysis and communication

  • Always question existing processes and try to think outside the box

  • Form the interface between management and the project

  • Improve the exchange between the teams and develop standardized best practices together

  • Develop training documents, presentations suitable for management and support change management measures

  • Moderate meetings and workshops including professional preparation and follow-up

Our requirements:

​

  • Completed studies/training in the technical or commercial field

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project/process management

  • You are familiar with the tools Jira, Confluence and MS Office

  • Project management certificates (PMI, Prince, GPM/IPMA) and knowledge of agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban) are desirable

  • Good to very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level)

  • Willingness to travel within Germany

  • Communicative personality

  • Openness, initiative, team player and solution-oriented way of working
