Business Analyst / Product Owner
full-time (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

​

  • Carrying out needs analyses, requirements engineering and business process analyses

  • Data analysis, processing and interpretation

  • Creation of personas, user journey based on user-centered design

  • Determination of dependencies based on business processes and modeling of smart solutions

  • Creation of user stories, backlog maintenance and product acceptance according to the acceptance criteria

  • Close coordination with stakeholders and the development team

  • Ensuring high-quality products including safety standards

Our requirements:

​

  • Completed studies/training in the technical or commercial field

  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst / product owner in the IT environment

  • Experience in consulting desirable

  • Safe handling of the tools Jira, Confluence and MS Office

  • Knowledge of modeling languages and tools

  • Certificates of agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and analysis methods

  • Good to very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level)

  • Willingness to travel within Germany

  • Communicative personality

  • Openness, initiative, team player and solution-oriented way of working
