In our modern, bright and comfortable office spaces, we offer you flexible rental options that are perfectly tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for a quiet workplace away from your home office, planning a small team meeting or want to hold a creative workshop with a larger group - we have the right solution for you.
Three room sizes -
1/2 day or full day
Single office: Fully equipped with screen, mouse and keyboard. Ideal for concentrated work in peace.
Double office: Offers two workstations fully equipped with screen, mouse and keyboard for collaborative projects.
Conference room: Approximately 60 square meters of space for 10-15 people for meetings, workshops or creative sessions. Equipped with a large wooden table and a comfortable leather sofa corner as well as an 85-inch TV for presentations and the like.
You can rent our rooms flexibly for half a day (5 hours) or a whole day (10 hours).

Our office is centrally located in Fürth, just a 15-minute walk from the main train station. There is also a bus stop just 5 minutes away. With reserved parking spaces and many more in the area, getting there is child's play. Bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity ensure your physical well-being during the working day.

Air conditioning: For your comfort on hot days.
Technical equipment: On request, we provide flipcharts, pin boards, workshop materials and an 86-inch television for presentations.
Drinks: Available for a small additional charge.
Accessibility: Access to our premises on the 4th floor is effortless thanks to an elevator.
